Pricy and nothing special waste of money . The sisig is too much oil . The adobo was over cooked

This place is the spot for filipino food in National City. I stop here every time I'm in town to visit my Mom. The sisig is my favorite and is perfectly crispy. Their palabok is amazing and better than I've had ANYWHERE. Please don't get caught up in the "I can make this at home" or "my mom makes this" because this place is really giving Filipino food a great reputation and this place is the best thing to eat in that whole Market on 8th. They also make Tiger Muffins for breakfast. IYKYK.

I have still yet to have a single dish I haven’t enjoyed here. Their fried chicken is dark meat brined in calamansi juice before a clean fry, great balance in texture and flavor. I think the sisig is probably the best in the city, but any Filipino comfort dish will hit the spot. Try the Palabok fries!

We were lucky enough to contact Serbesa about getting Lumpia for our late night snack for our wedding. The food was phenomenal, the delivery was prompt, and our friends have been raving about the Lumpia ever since they tried it. We’ve had more than one out of town guest tell us that they cannot wait to go to Serbesa the next time they’re in San Diego.

Ordered a catering tray from them for a Christmas party. It was a hit! They have a great variety of options, and don't forget to try the Longonisa Muffin if you have a chance. You won't regret it.

Was hungry as hell, ordered the chicken adobo for $15, but it was so unpleasant that I had one bite, closed the box, and went to a different restaurant. The adobo was really heavy on the soy sauce and very light on vinegar or any anything else, like bay leaf, onion, or achuete. The chicken was skinless, and chopped or pulled in pieces to make a pile of brown chunks, so it was also aesthetically unpleasant.
