Tempura shrimp fried golden and glazed with plum sauce, mayo and teriyaki. Side of pickled ginger and cucumber then sprinkled with togarashi, green onions and bell peppers.

Steamed bao buns stuffed with basil, cucumber, golden pickled daikon, gochujang sauce and hoisin. Sprinkled with togarashi. Choice of pork belly, roasted duck (+1.5), tofu or veggies. Tofu and veggie options served with peanut sauce.

Whole grilled calamari seasoned with sake, soy, chili, garlic, spices. Served with seasoned soy, lime, pickled ginger, green onions, sesame seeds and masago. Pairs perfectly with our house sake.

Pork with taro, carrots, vermicelli noodles, mushrooms and onions. Wrapped in egg-dough then fried to perfection. Served with lettuce, golden pickled daikon and nuoc mam sauce.

Japanese fried chicken drizzled with mayo and teriyaki. Sprinkled with togarashi, green onions and bell peppers.

Fried Japanese dumplings. Choice of meat or veggies. Served with seasoned soy.

Dashi miso and bonito infused chicken broth. Served spicy with grilled chicken, quail egg, enoki mushrooms, sweet choy, kamaboko, bell peppers and green onions. (GF Modification +3.95)

Beef stock slow simmered for over 12hrs to extract savory flavor broth. Served with succulent pulled braised oxtail, onsen egg, shiitake mushroom, bean sprouts, kamaboko, red peppers, togarashi and green onions. (GF Modification +3.95)

Lemongrass yellow coconut curry in chicken broth. Served with grilled chicken, fried taro ball, quail egg, enoki mushroom, edamame and green onions. (GF Modification +3.95)

Seared garlic miso broth served with fried tofu slices, shiitake mushroom, sweet choy, bamboo shoots, edamame, pickled daikon, sesame seeds, bell peppers and green onions. (Add onsen or ajitsuke egg* +1.5) (GF/Vegan Modification +3.95)

Savory pork (tonkotsu) broth infused with sesame oil. Served with slow roasted pork belly, onsen egg, enoki mushroom, bamboo shoots, kamaboko, togarashi and green onions.

Rice stacked with grilled teriyaki unagi, crab salad, caramelized onion, masago, sesame seeds, green onions and seaweed. Drizzled with teriyaki and topped with pickled ginger and togarashi to finish.

Noodles sautéed in five-spice curry. Served with chicken karaage (mayo and teriyaki drizzled), egg omelet, bean sprouts, cucumber, pickled ginger, seaweed and pickled daikon.

Ramen noodles served with black bean sauce and sesame oil. Topped with seasoned mince pork, onions, cucumbers, bean sprouts, golden pickled d aikon, ginger, green onions, togarashi and an ajitsuke egg.

Steamed white rice topped with seasoned soy and gochujang sauce. Served with marinated short rib cuts, stir-fried squash, egg omelet, pickled ginger, seaweed and greens.

Marinated chicken stir-fried with onion mix and squash. Topped with pickled ginger and greens on steamed white rice dashed with house seasoned soy. Add a small side of curry broth (+2) with green onion. (GF)

Chilled cucumber tossed with spring lettuce, spicy chili sauce, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot, pickled daikon, basil, yuzu lemon juice, chili threads, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Choice of teriyaki tempura shrimp (+3), grilled chicken (+3), seared tofu (+1) or veggies only.

Diced sashimi fatty salmon served poke style over white rice. Garnished with cucumber, pickled daikon, lettuce, masago, crab salad, lime, togarashi, teriyaki, mayo and nori. Served with a side of house seasoned soy. (GF Modification: No teriyaki and crab salad).
