Been coming here for 20 years. Never in my life have I had to cook my own meats. But yesterday, our server, Jenny (according yo the receipt) told us that we needed to cook our own meats because that was never the case. We had many issues with our grill and the server was no where to be found so some other server had to help us multiple times. This other server was also aggravated because it wasn’t her table, which is fair, but her aggravation was very apparent and shown to us. Koryo Kalbi down the street has equitable quality of meats and better service, so not sure why I’d come back here. 여기 다닌지 20년 넘었고, 여러 사장님 거쳐 지나가는거 보면서, 최근에 서버분이 고기 안구워주신다는 것 처음입니다. 그 후에 거의 저희 테이블 신경을 안써주셔서 너무 놀랐습니다. 전혀 바쁜 날도 아니였고, 화구에 문제가 많아 도움을 여러번 요청 할 일이 있었는데 담당 서버분 찾을수가 없어서 다른 서버분이 어쩔수 없이 도와주셨습니다. 그분도 당연히 본인 담당도 아닌데 계속 도와주시는게 짜증나는게 보였고 오더 누가 받았냐고 다른분에게 물어보는 것도 들었습니다. 물 리필도 끝까지 안되고 처음으로 너무 불쾌한 경험이엿네요. 옆에 고려갈비는 맛있고 더서비스 좋은데 여길 다시 왜 와야할지 모르겠네요.
This is my friends’ and my go-to KBBQ place in Dallas. They use charcoal fire, which makes the meat taste even better, and so many authentic banchan come with one order. Jenny was very friendly and served much more than expected.
