Second Cup Café

Well it says it’s open by 9:15 on Fridays but it’s still closed when I got there's. Can you guys fix your hours of operation? It’s annoying to some of your customers

Bachar and the whole staff are the absolute best. The drinks are always consistent, line moves fast, makes great conversation etc. I walk twenty minutes there and back just because it’s my favourite second cup to get coffee at. Bachar runs the place so well and is incredibly efficient. Love this place! Best staff ever. 90% of the reason I go!

Sadly the worst experience, firstly they were not even interested in taking order. When i ordered a Hazelnut latte, it was cold and with no foam. Even three shots of espresso didn’t feel like it. She gave me a weird look when i asked her to correct the drink. Zero customer service, no interaction. Never recommend this location to anyone.

Honestly this just wasn't really that good? 2 stars because they made my drink fast. Staff were not friendly and the general atmosphere was really dirty. Drink tasted ok.

my friend and i attend this location everyday and the staff are incredibly nice ! they smile and ask us how are days are going, and the coffees are always on point! we love it here and we will continue to support this specific location!

Was visiting Ottawa and was very disappointed with this location. Incredibly rude staff looked annoyed all the customers were in the store. No greetings just "Next what do you want". Wouldn't go back. Worst Second Cup experience ever
