Found this Gem in NY! Amazing experience overall. Service and food are both outstanding. Must try if you like Japanese food and we for sure will be back next time in NY.

One of the most authentic experiences in New York. Felt like I was in Japan. Food was amazing and service was equally as amazing. It is a very small and intimate environment where the quality of experience is heavily emphasized.

A true celebration of life. Chef Yokota and his team continue to raise the bar with their beautiful and exceptional sake and tempura omakase program. I love this place !!!

Intimate setting made casual and pleasant by unique attention from the staff. You can see the chef at work from your table which is great. Only 6 seats in the restaurant but you really have your own intimacy. Great quality products made greater by the great vibes resonating in this restaurent. Highly highly recommend.

This tempura omakase spot is very good. My only issue with this spot is their booking systems it’s has a old look to it and long questionnaire. Please do us the customer a flavor and use “open table” or “resy” or just “Yelp”

One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had in NYC. I never leave reviews but the service and hospitality Daimu provides is unmatched. Highly recommend!

BEST RESTAURANT IN NYC! Daimu is the best host and waiter we have ever had!!!! Truly a gem. So kind. So funny. So helpful. Plus the food is incredible and you truly feel like you’re transported to the streets of Japan. Chef Yokota is a master at his craft and the experience is truly one of a kind and very special. Can’t wait to come back for the next celebration!
