Seattle Fish Guys

Had high expectations especially being from Hawaii and coming from out of town. Too many flies flying around in the shop, no one acknowledged that we were even there, and no menu displayed. Ended up leaving and driving back to Vancouver as this was suppose to be our last stop of the day for lunch. Pretty disappointing.

Great food. Smoked salmon is excellent

Food was great. Portion sizes were huge. We got the two kine poke both. We’re also tried the shrimp panini. It was really good with large pieces of shrimp inside. The poke bowl was fresh and tasted great, we tried the salmon and tuna. We also got the crab cakes. They were super crumbly and soft and were perfect. The crab cakes would probably be even better in a sandwich.

The food was very good and the bowel movement after was even better. Highly recommend.

My wife read about this place and so we went to pick up some poke and clam chowder etc. I think we had such high expectations that it didn't help the experience. The place is great! We've been to Hawaii and had local cuisine including poke, BBQ, loco moco, etc. We realized it was Hawaiian influenced so we were excited. Unfortunately, the clam chowder was damn good but way too salty. I love my clam chowdah and I used to live on the east coast so I have a great comparison. I honestly think they could hold their own against the East Coast if they lowered the salt amount. That's my only complaint on taste. My wife got two Poke and they were good but one of them was too salty but both were on the price side. If it was as good as we were thinking it would be I think we wouldn't have thought about the price. We got the following - see photo (taken a day after purchase) 1 Clam Chowder (really salty) 1 Tuna poke (just a tad salty) 1 Tuna poke with a spicy mayo (Good) 1 Calemasi Cheesecake (Good) 1 Ube Cheesecake (Good) And it was $125

So delicious! You can tell it’s fresh fish. Super fast service and very tasty! There’s no explicit directions on how to order but it’s so worth the trip, considering it’s sort of tucked deep in Seattle.
