The food was excellent. The service could use some work but overall the atmosphere made up for the little inconveniences. All in all, we enjoyed the experience.
Thank you to Ray for making sure that my meal was safe and delicious! And thank you to our waiter Jonathan for his attention to detail. Season’s 52 ROCKS!!! Dietary restrictions: They can take care of gluten, dairy, soy and preservative dietary restrictions. It’s helpful to call in advance and pre order…ask for assistant manager Ray as he will take great care of you!
Zero Service. We were seated on a night that was not busy. We waited over fifteen minutes. Waiters and staff walked past us. No one even acknowledged us. Tables seated after us were greeted and served. We sat. We asked for a server. No one came. We finally got up and told the hostess we were leaving and why. She just stared at us blankly. The guy standing next to her said, “Oh, we can fix that.” Not even an apology. We won’t be back.
Great place to dine in San Antonio. A short drive or ride from downtown at Quarry. A local steered us to it. It might not be 100% farm to table but salad and Korean BBQ carrots were superb. My great pork chop was on a bed of red cabbage and golden raisins. My spouse’s salmon had nice asparagus. Great wine list and wonderful dessert options are perfectly sized. So, if you want to escape Riverwalk and chains head here for fine dining.
Shrimp and grits were magnificent!
A basic meal. Service was awful. Took more than 10 mins to be greeted by server. Then took 15 more minutes to get wine and other drinks. Weird, awkward service. So much waiting. Food is mediocre, predictable, safe, for anyone who just wants plain. This whole experience felt like being trapped in a bad hotel restaurant. Seasons 52 is no better than their sister restaurant Olive Garden. Same restaurant group, same mediocre mass produced uneventful food with poor service. Will spend my money elsewhere next time. Just pass.
Overpriced for mediocre food at best. We were excited to try it when it opened up, but it let us down.
A bit pricey, food was okay. But the service is good. Too few vegetarian options... And the fish is, what you'd expect from a place hundreds of miles away from the ocean.
