What an amazing experience we had. Our server Christopher was phenomenal. He had excellent recommendations for our dining experience. He set a beautiful pace and made our evening remarkable. Thank you Christopher. We will be back.
Very good restaurant I enjoyed food
Seared Bistro has 100% quality food and service. The Owners, Cooks, Servers and Bartender are amazing. My Husband and I went to Seared for an early Valentines dinner. The house was full, so we went next door to the bar. What an amazing experience. Our person that seated us was so sweet. Our Bartender/Server helped us choose a lovely wine and was constantly working, cleaning and making sure everyone had PRIME service. We met the Owners and Cook as well. Amazing people that work tirelessly to give great service. The food we received was amazing as well. Try it! You won't like it, you'll love it! Thanks to everyone at Seared for the amazing evening!
Best beef Wellington I ever eaten
Exceptional food & service. Austin is a rock star. Atmosphere was a little loud for me, but not horrible. Also, people don't exactly dress for dinner anymore, but that is not Seared's problem and I'm being an old curmudgeon I guess. Highly recommend and will go back. Parking: Parking along sidewalk results in headlights shining into the restaurant which is mildly annoying when trying to have a conversation across the table.
I was finishing a one month "odyssey" in which I had driven by myself from Santa Maria, CA to Easton, PA to attend my 60th reunion (Lafayette College). The roundtrip totalled 6700 miles. The return trip, after visiting a number of friends back east, required at least 400 miles of daily driving (to get my rental car back in time) on Interstate Route 40 which was often close to historic Route 66. The outside air temperature while driving through Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico was mainly hovering at 100 degrees during the day. Albuquerque was my second to last overnight stop before getting home (Santa Maria, CA). It was June 21, 2023, my motel was memorable because the electricity went out for at least 3 hours that evening. That meant no air conditioning! Prior to the power loss, the motel owner recommended a nearby bar/restaurant. He knew I didn't want to do much more driving. The place he picked was completely packed on a Wednesday night. I couldn't get a seat at the bar or get served any food! I was very tired and very hungry, so I consulted my cell phone for restaurant options near by. The name Seared Bistro came up. I drove over to their location and my prayers were answered! I ate at their bar. Their server Dominic was knowledgeable about wine and food. He introduced me to the chef who was very talented. I had Duck A'L'Orange which is one of my favorites dishes. It was excellent! I prepared my version of this dish for my girlfriend on this last Thanksgiving at my home. For dessert, I had their German Chocolate Cake which is one of their specialities. I also took home a bottle of Sheehan ( Local Vineyard) Tempranillo based on my tasting and Dominic's recommendation. What a place!
I can not tell you.......... I can not tell you how amazing my meal was...... I have tasted nothing comparable to this restaurant! Seriously! Check my reviews!
