Okay. I typically don't leave reviews but seriously. Worse experience ever. When I walked in I asked if this was the wait list and the lady gave me hella sass saying it's here but there was another employee talking to her standing right in front of the tablet. Then when we were seated. They seated us at a table then made us move because apparently was occupied by another party. Okay that's fair. We all make mistakes. However when we sat at the other table was very dirty and the guy did a quick wipe and left the whole table dirty. Of course I was upset. What pissed me off more. I look up and see him clean a table for another couple very thoroughly. Like really putting elbow grease into it. Like yo, why you gotta do us like that? Okay whatever I'll wipe it down myself. So we did just that. Then, when they brought us silverware and bowls. It still has left over food. No big deal, just ask for another right? Wrong. The next silverware was even worse. When I picked up the plate. There was food stuck to the napkin. Gross. I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like.. Definitely don't recommend this place if you have a weak immune system. Unless you don't mind getting sick.
Service was mid. We've never been here so we didn't know how to order and no one really explained. They also didn't wipe our tables and utensils/bowls/napkins were dirty the two times we've asked them. I asked for hot water so I could wipe it down myself and when they brought over the soup they just ignored what I was doing and placed it to the side of the table (not on the burner) and walked away. Not even acknowledging how dirty the plates and utensils were. They didn't start our burners for us either. Food was p decent. I enjoyed the beef toro and sides on the conveyor belt. However not a fan of only being able to order once you finish your plate of meat. It kind of defeats the purpose of AYCE. I suggest going for half portions to try more variety of meat. And definitely go for the Thai sweet sour soup base.
Great price for food. They even cleaned up our mess when we stepped away and our pots boiled over all over our table . I really appreciate not shaming us and gave great service. Parking: There is not enough parking for the strip mall. You may have to drive around until a spot opens up
Unique all-you-can-eat restaurant that serves both Chinese spicy hot pot and Korean BBQ, using a conveyor belt. Meat quality is decent, but some of the veggies were not fresh. Plenty of sauces and add-ons to choose from, but some of the booth seating can be awkward and small. Loud environment, so not optimal for having a conversation.
Wait time was about an hour Very popular spot Definitely work the wait Price is very reasonable for all you can eat
