Seagar's Prime Steaks & Seafood

Birthday dinner for my wife's 40th. Special from the moment we walked in the door. Greeted with a Happy Birthday when we checked in. The service was top notch. We requested a slow pace to enjoy the evening but attentiveness didn't lack. Very knowledgeable wait staff that took pride in their profession. Our courses were spaced judiciously for a balance of conversation and meal progression and the food was outstanding. My thanks to the Seagar's staff for a wonderful evening.

Exceptional service and quality. Superb wine prices. Chateaubriand for two was a healthy portion and cooked to perfection. The mushrooms were incredibly delicious. The French onion soup is out of this world flavorful. The two waiters were extremely attentive and polite. So happy to have a five star experience.

Visited from out of town for anniversary, our experience was awesome, the key lime martini was off the chain, our steaks could be cut with our forks and biggest shrimp we had ever seen, a little pricey but well worth it for a special occasion

Been coming to the Hilton since 1988. Since Seagar’s opened in 1998 the food, service, atmosphere can not be matched. Not only the best chef’s, bartenders and staff, but also the atmosphere, usually. However, this particular pianist is all over the place. Felt like I was at the old Opryland park in the Dixieland area listening to banjos and barbershop quartet versions of rock and roll. Even though I’m from the best era of rock and roll, I miss the guy in the tuxedo from the mid 2000’s playing Sinatra. It’s more appropriate to the setting. Still love Seagar’s

The best steak I have ever had. So delicious. It had amazing flavor. It was a bit over cooked but my boyfriends steak was cooked perfectly. I also love that they wrap the lemon in a cheese cloth to catch the seeds, brilliant. They had a pianist playing which was very nice. Service was amazing. We were very well taken care of.

Such a dedicated staff and an incredibly talented chef! Can't say enough about the ambience either. What a fantastic experience!! We will return again and again!
