First time trying vegan food and it was absolutely amazing. I loved the enchilada sauce they made. The Brussels sprouts were delicious and the soup was great too! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Omnivore friends enjoyed the food just as much as the vegans did. Creative and well-flavored first food. Very kind staff and understanding of our dog and child needs.

So delicious! I’m not vegan and had never been to a vegan restaurant. I was excited to try the food and it did not disappoint! Everything was amazing from the apps, entrees, mocktails to the desserts. I will definitely be coming back!

I really hate leaving bad reviews. It's not that the food is bad, it's actually quite good. But waiting an hour and a half for a table when half the restaurant is empty is ridiculous. We waited so long that I lost hope and ordered to go. I ordered the tomato soup and grilled "cheese". It was pretty tasty, but they gave me less than half of a small container of soup. I mean, come on. After waiting all that time, it was a total disappointment.

This place has amazing vegan food!! My girlfriend and I always stop by whenever we are in the area. The nachos and tacos are our personal favorites! The location is also perfect because right after you finish eating you can explore the little shops around and digest a bit. The staff is also very nice and who doesn’t love that? Highly recommend!

We've been to Seabirds Kitchen Los Feliz (see review) but never the Costa Mesa location. Stopped today on the way home from the Clippers' game for a bite. So glad we did. Started with mocktails (both good:) Then moved on to grilled cheese w/ tomato soup and a bowl of the chickpea masala soup. (Rainy day so soup seemed like a natural.) We liked both but the masala soup was the winner here. Amazing flavors and textures and aromas. Wife & I agreed next time we'd ask if they could do the masala soup WITH the grilled cheese and skip the tomato soup . Finished with butternut enchiladas - So, so yummy! The icing on the cake was the service, especially our server, Dalila. Happy, inviting, great suggestions, prompt. And, she wasn't put off when I asked if we could buy some of their cashew gruyere to take home. So happy they said yes! All in all, very glad we stopped for an enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work, Seabirds Kitchen!
