Excellent tasting meal from the sides ( beans, cream corn) all the way too the main plate I had which was a half of pound of brisket

Poor quality food, especially for the price. Slow service. Don't go here. Ordered in advance online, and it was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. Got there 15 minutes later, and it still took another 20 minutes. The sausage was dry, overcooked, and hard to chew like it was a week old. And this cost $80 for three people to get a sandwich, a side, and a drink.

Drove all the way here and it was closed.. I mean adjust your hours give me a break

A hidden gem in the ATX. Look for the crimson short bus. You will not be disappointed!!!

My opinion based on my experience, brisket was the driest I've ever seen and so was the regular sausage. Bread was dry and hard around the Edges.

Very strong Marijuana 420 odor inside this old school bus. They smoked blunt inside while they handed me food order. It was overcooked and greasy. Owner was rude.

Good spot, hearty brisket, fresh chopped coleslaw, different sauces.Give it a try!
