Scottsdale Farms Garden Center

The cafe is a great part of Scottsdale. The food is good, and they have some gluten-free options.

Fun place to walk around. Their plant warranty is subpar compared to other nurseries though, especially for the price you have to pay. While they have a wide selection of plants and trees, some are not suitable for our climate/zone. Bought a dormant $100+ unique “Pacific Northwest” style tree from them in the fall and only half the tree bloomed in the spring, as the other half was dead. Scottsdale was difficult to work with for the warranty but they ended up providing a replacement. Same thing happened to the replacement, as 2/3 of it died within a year.

The new menu is totally unimpressive. They are trying to be very upscale and not only does it not work because it’s just not appetizing to eat, but it’s far too expensive for stopping off at the café while at the farm.

While Scottsdale farms offers a great selection of plants, they don’t fully stand behind their product. I recently purchased 2 Spanish lavender plants along with many other plants The Lavender plants both died. When I asked for a credit I was told they would only refund 50%. HD and Lowe’s provide full refund for I year. Never again will I go to Scottsdale Farms.

I am new to GA and my first time visiting Scottsdale Farms was last week. I was very impressed by the selection and quality of plants. When I returned on subsequent days to purchase all the plants for my front yard makeover, I experienced fantastic customer service. Huge thanks to Benji and Juan for lugging my heavy carts and loading my car, and thanks to Charlotte for making sure my check out process was smooth every time. It’s wonderful to have such a lovely nursery so close to my house, and I’ll be back when I redo all of my backyard landscaping this fall!

They have great collection at reasonable prices but even better are their staff. They are so kind, knowledgeable and very informative. I walked feeling little overwhelmed to make decisions but they made it so simple and easy for me to make decisions. I will strongly recommend this place.

The most fun you can have at a garden center! My friend & I visited Scottsdale Farms rather off season & were pleasantly surprised by the huge variety of plants (early spring; pussywillows, hellebores, camellias, witch hazel & so much more). It really is a gardener’s paradise also offering fun shopping inside their huge indoor barn full of gifts, seeds, decor, clothing, silk flowers, etc. Special trips in fall (fantastic Fall & Halloween items) & Christmas offer unique holiday ideas & gorgeous decorations. There’s a pumpkin patch & hayrides in fall, too. On one visit a store customer exclaimed she didn’t want to leave as it was so fun! I agreed!

Great people and amazing selections! Sadly they changed their cafe and no longer have milkshakes ☹️
