Had never been to Scooter's and a young lady with blonde hair recommended the carmelicious. I love it so much and will definitely come back again!

Very nice young lady (blonde hair don’t know name) helped me get the carmelicious of my dreams!!! Love it here. Great staff would go back just for that.

Yikes. Don’t order a decaf americano and expect coffee. Also don’t expect much in the customer service department. I realize these are kids but let’s give them some appropriate training - how to make a good decaf and how to handle customer concerns.
