The drinks usually taste okay, when the worker doesn’t mess it up (about 50/0 chance.) The employees are usually nice, but obviously lack the training necessary. Prime example: my girlfriend ordered and paid for a coffee on the app at 5:05am. We rolled up at 5:20 and no other customers were there- the place was completely dead. My girlfriend went through the drive through and told them that she had a mobile order to pick up and pulled up to the window like she was told to. The employee rudely told her that she was in the wrong lane, and that she would have to wait for her coffee because of it. If there are 0 customers in line, and there obviously haven’t been any other orders, why would choosing a different lane have ANY impact on her drink ordered ~20 minutes ago? The normal lady that we deal with is wonderful, and we look forward to seeing her, but a lot of the other employees could definitely use some (re?-)training. We definitely won’t be tipping anyone that doesn’t actually deserve it any more Edit: went back, and they made the drink wrong AGAIN. My girlfriend immediately went back and the employee argued and said that she watched it being made and that it was made right. She agreed to remake it, denying that it was wrong- the new drink was a completely different color and texture- they actually followed the recipe for once
