Scooter's Coffee

Every time I go to scooters it's a pleasurable experience. Whether it's the food, or the customer service. It makes for a great atmosphere and a good time.

I have no words on how I was blatantly ignored in the drive thru today on 1/27/2024 . The lady at the drive thru literally stood there had a whole conversation for nearly 17 mins even after her order was handed to her .I cannot even believe she looked at me several times and just kept hanging out of the window and talking about her problems !! Never in my life have I’ve witness such diabolical behavior from a young lady never ..I am shaking and don’t want to say it was a racist act but she made sure I seen her and continue on with her conversation..I came thru the drive thru a little after 7:30 to place my order !! The worker has long black hair with glasses on !! If she’s careless like this ,this location is for sure losing money !! After a certain time I had to back up and leave the drive thru which I went on belt line and I looked back and seen she was still talking smh this has to be the worst experience in my life with food service

Amazing coffee. The best coffee in USA. Since I tried it, I visit it everyday. Workers are amazing and super nice.

No stars if I could. Coffee was watered down and tasted literally like badly flavored water. I threw it away after maybe 5 sips. Muffins were microwaved to hell. When the person handed my credit card back, he left a smudge of what looked like the muffin icing. Meaning he handled my muffin with his bare hands. I know it wasn’t on there before because I use a ridge wallet. Save yourself. Just go to Starbucks down the street. I’d rather give my money to an overpriced corporate coffee chain than go to this sh- place again.

Tried a blended peppermint mocha that managed to not taste like peppermint or mocha and a warm mocha that tasted and smelled like burned food. Pretty sure it was brewed with old coffee beans. First and last visit
