the prices are great and the blonde woman working was so kind, glad i stopped there for my ice cream fix. forgot to take a photo but i got a banana split, it was huge and only $8 with a the toppings

If i could rate 0 stars i would. Staff is very unprofessional. Drove here specifically after dinner for desert, and when we walked in the 2 young guys behind the counter were shooting the sh with someone and completely ignored my party. They didn't acknowledge us, look at us or even say we will be right with you. When we got annoyed and started leaving, they just started laughing to themselves while muttering under their breaths. I will never recommend or return to this business. I hope management address this.

Scoops on First gets a five star rating from me for having delicious dairy-free ice cream in a few flavors. Most offerings contain dairy and many flavors are available. The staff was friendly when I visited. Scoops on First is located in a cute historic part of downtown Fort Myers.

What a fun little ice cream shop in downtown Fort Myers. Scoops were a hefty size and they had a great variety of flavors (and 10 non dairy options). Fun waffle flavors as well!
