Perfect old-school diner with classic no-frills delicious dishes and pies
It was really busy but the staff was all kind and professional.
This is a small, tasty restaurant. The meatloaf and cherry pie were perfection. It was a bonus to see the restaurant encourage faith in God. Kid-friendliness: They have a children’s menu and also offer lunch portions for many options
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I went in to ask about table availability due to having my mother with me who is wheelchair bound. Not only was the waitress rude and unkind. She stated she could not tell me an approximate wait time or contact us via phone so that my mom did not have to wait outside in the rain. My mom has not been out in months and never ate here and was excited to go. Schmuckers....that one employee of yours made a horrible example of your establishment. Some compassion goes a long way. SCRAMBLERS was able to get us in....friendly faces...and assisted with getting my mom situated. DO BETTER!
Food and service were great! But it's a small and busy place, so be prepared to wait for seating, but it's worth the wait!!
the food is great n all but for the staff, specifically the girl on register yesterday, y'all have nasty attitudes about customers coming in when you're already busy. y'all need to get it together, not the customers fault that the shop is small. we had 6 people and they crammed us into one small booth because we couldn't put a chair at the end of the table. but the thing is, WE HAVE DONE THAT BEFORE. y'all are ADULTS and you're throwing a mini fit behind the counter because it's getting crammed? QUIT. i'm a people watcher and y'all had everyone messed up. our family loves this place, but y'all need to fix your mouths for real, we have ears.
I have been going here off and on for years and I have always had good food and service. The pies are the best around!
