Schlotzsky's

ordered food from this location & the portions were terrible! the Beef Bacon Smoke cheesy had hardly any roast beef in it! I called them & a manager there (Maria) tried to blame it on Postmates, which is ridiculous, because Postmates has nothing to do with how much meat is put on the sandwich. not a good manager. it's too bad, because I really like Schlotzky's. guess I'll take my business up north 3 miles on 281 & go to Potbelly Sandwich Shop. they have great sandwiches too, but, better customer service.

I ❤️ ALL Schlotzsky's. As busy as they were at lunchtime when I went, their service and speed of delivery were Top-notched. I will ask for more sauce on my sandwich next time, however, to make it 5/5 stars!!

Always great comfort food and efficient staff!! But if you have seen one Schlotzsky's, you've seen them all!! It's called a franchise! PS ask for more sauce on the side. It's really good but they never give enough for my taste!!

Quick drive-through response with getting me my food, but forgot my soup and Cinnabon pack very disappointing
