I'm a die-hard Schlotzsky's fan. Have been for over twenty years. I've always hunted the locations down on my travels since the Midwestern states tend to shy away from certain eateries. Finding a location close to the departure airport was top-notch. However, the atmosphere was lacking since it was a communal space shared w other eateries. Sometimes, it is the unique location that boosts the atmosphere of the experience. And this location wasn't unique, it didn't jive with the 'feel' of other Schlotzsky's. The service was available. That's enough said for their lack of finesse & for how we felt like we were shuffled in & out as to avoid eye contact. Weird feeling from the whole crew.
