Austin’s Original sandwich. Get it, enjoy it, you’ll love it.

While I've always been a fervent fan of Schlotzsky's and their unique sandwich offerings, my recent experiences have left me sorely disappointed. The once crispy yet perfectly soft bread now arrives rock hard and haphazardly tossed into the bag, devoid of any care or attention. Literally thrown in the bag. Not wrapped st all. It's evident that the quality of ingredients has plummeted, with what was once distinctive smoked turkey now tasting suspiciously like the ordinary variety. To add insult to injury, the portion sizes for soups have drastically shrunk, while prices continue to climb. It's disheartening to witness a decline in a once-beloved establishment, and unless significant improvements are made, I fear I'll have to take my sandwich cravings elsewhere.

Was a good sandwich, but not the top quality Schlotzsky’s has been famous for.

The heavy set woman at the register with the tattoos was the rudest person I've seen in the service industry in a long time. I get that we all have bad days. But the customer shouldn't be able to tell. Well be avoiding this location.

I went to schlotzsky's and manager which is her name areline come to counter and took my order very rude, she keep using “F” word , she said I’m the only one here taking orders and been as manger and employee and I don’t give “F” she keep constantly using “F” word , then I was calm , and I said I will report u, she said I don’t give “F” and when I got my food she call me “B “ word , wow so disrespectful and disappointed with Schlotzsky in this location please if you really care please give me feedback I be really appreciated

This place is one of my favorite places for a quick meal.
