The Cinnabons we ordered were dreadful. My husbands “Center of the Roll” felt more like the median of a Texas highway. My classic roll was also quite hard and cold. I’ve never experienced this at any other Schlotzkys so it threw me off to not receive hot fresh & SOFT Cinnabons. Highly disappointed in wasting money here.

Today, Olivia was at the register and she rocked it! So friendly and helpful and a great smile! My turkey original was fresh and delicious! The drive thru service was friendly and took my order and served me in a timely manner. Bread was super fresh. Very happy customer.
