Schilling Cider House & Gluten Free Kitchen

Amazing place if you are gluten free. The food was delicious & the atmosphere was great! Unfortunately the staff were not very friendly which impacted our overall experience

Never got to try. I didn’t see in the website where minors aren’t allowed to sit inside. So at noon on a Saturday, very rainy and cold we went to tripod and ciders. But since my kids couldn’t sit inside and outside wasn’t an option we were turned away. Very disappointing. Wish they had a fam section or family mess until 6pm before they did no minors. They also had zero customers and would have had 7 people eating. Instead we had to leave.

Family excited to enjoy some GF food & parents some cider. Drive all the way there only to learn NO MINORS allowed! Doesn't say this on website, Google, VERY unhappy

Great place, delicious ciders. Flights available with 6 ciders. Indoor and outdoor seating. Fun comedy nights.

Amazing spot for cider and gluten-free food. Huge list of ciders from all over. The Schilling Anniversary Pommeau is excellent. Kitchen is all GF so it is safe to eat and drink anything on the menu if you have gluten issues. I haven't had a corn dog in a long while so it was definitely a treat to eat. Hush puppies were even better and super fresh. It is mostly bar-type food, but being that I usually have to avoid that kind of food, it was nice to be able to enjoy the selection without worry. Patio has some great views of the city. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The biggest drawback for families is that this is 21+ only. Not a drawback if you don't want to be around kids though! I waited for 1 HOUR for a $14 plate of regular nachos and they were gross and COLD, very disappointed because the atmosphere was OK and the drinks were OK. I went to ask the guy behind the food counter who wasn't wearing food handling gloves and wasn't going to win any awards for hygiene- when the food would be ready and he didn't know and he seemed to be totally on his own time playing with a corn dog.
