Sbarro

For a quick lunch I like the pizza in general, and the salads are fresh and pretty good also. Owners need to know that the opening times are not consistent. The hours of operation are supposedly 11a - 8p on weekdays. Most of the time I’m there at 11:30a and they are still not open yet. There are pizzas sitting out getting cold. There are people standing around wanting to get pizza and wondering why they are not open when every food place in the food court has been open since 11a.

If you're on a quest to find the worst "pizza" in Knoxville, then come to Sbarro in west town mall. And I use parentheses on pizza because it was essentially burnt dough, no sauce and minimal toppings. I ordered a slice of sausage and a slice of pepperoni. Firstly, the pepperoni only had 2 pieces of pepperoni on the entire slice, so I asked for another piece which they begrudgingly gave me. The sausage slice did have plenty of toppings, but the meat tasted freezer burnt really bad and the cheese was burnt to nothing. 3/10. I only had half of the slice and i was done with the taste. The 2nd slice of pepperoni was thrown into the garbage after only one bite. Ever had stale crackers with cheap ketchup and paper thin burnt pepperoni on top of a thin layer of what was once cheap cheese before? Well, order a slice of Sbarro pepperoni and you will then. By far the worst tasting piece of pizza I've ever had. 0/10. With so many negative reviews you'd think the owners would do something, but it appears they don't mind serving trash food at a premium price to unfortunate suckers like myself.

I just want a refund! No one will answer the phone. I ordered online to pick up and drove 45 minutes only for them not to have even began my order! I was told to cancel and get my refund through the app I ordered from, which is their app btw, and there is not anywhere to do that. I tried a customer service number and was sent to the store. Once again, no answer. I just want my $60 back!

The guy making the pizzas was a clown and rude. If you can't find better help, shut down the business. They did give a refund but what pizza place doesn't have pepperoni pizza to replace a burned one?

Our family was ripped off on an on-line order from the Sbarro's website. We ordered three large pizzas for delivery, paid on-line and then Sbarro's cancelled order. Never got a refund on our credit card even after multiple attempts talking with manager, etc. Can't call them because goes right to voicemail and mailbox is full. Classless outfit and employees. NEVER ORDER ONLINE WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Went to the Sbarro at the West Town Mall on 11/12/23 around 5ish. The staff that worked there were amazing. They were full of life and smiles. You could feel the sense of camaraderie they shared. We had two slices of pepperoni and it was probably the best Sbarros we have been to.
