Don't waste your time, they are not open a lot of the time. Stopped by twice week and no one was there.
Sbarro used to have excellent NY style pizza for a fast food type joint. Not anymore. This pizza was worse than frozen DiGiorno and 5X as expensive. The wings were tiny and meh. When we called to discuss our experience no one picked up and we couldn’t even leave a message. After 4 tries in an hour from 2 different lines. I guess they knew what they would hear. Save your tastebuds and your pocketbook.
Everyone except the new manager is nice. David is the homie. The new manager they have is rude. No one washes their hands, wears gloves, nor ties up their hair. The pizza is gross and they have mold in the kitchen (ig inspectors never notice or something). Flies land on their pizza and they never notice. Literally so unsanitary. The new manager also parked in the handicap spot and when brought to her attention, she didn’t care.
I don't think this pizza is that bad. It may not be among the best I've ever had, but I've had a lot worse. Despite it claiming to be a NY style pizza, it was pretty thick (which I actually prefer). The crust was nice and fluffy, too. Not really worth $5 a slice imo, but if you bought an entire pizza it would be a decent price for what you're getting.
Came here for a slice of pizza. "Shift Lead David" gave me a nice exasperated "what can I get you" with the world's sweetest eye roll and sigh after 2 minutes of being ignored. I told him, if it's not a too big of a deal, a slice of pizza, and he put it in and ran my card without another world. Surprisingly, this made me miss New York, where you could get good $1 pizza slices and people who at least pretended they appreciated your business, instead of smashed pizza tossed on the counter and teenagers who think they're too good for the job they applied for.
Fast, easy and cheap overall. They cant take orders over the phone yet which is inconvenient. Maybe will update in future.
