Savory Vietnam Restaurant

Fantastic food!

I want to preface this review with the statement that this used to be in my opinion, the best Vietnamese restaurant in Denver hands down. I used to be a very regular customer. I hate to give this place such a low rating but my last two visit have been underwhelming. Something has changed. The food is now pretty lackluster and the prices they are charging are ridiculous. I know that everything has gone up in price but the prices have risen here much faster and higher than anywhere else I go. The food was just not very good anymore. The meats were overcooked and under seasoned. I don’t know if there was a huge change of kitchen staff or what but this is not the same place it used to be. Their once voluminous menu is slowly getting whittled away. The menu they handed me today had so many items blacked out it looked like a redacted page of the JFK assassination report. It’s sad really because I love the staff there and they shouldn’t have to serve this mediocre food. I may go back after a while and see if the situation has been remedied but it won’t be for a long time.
