Food was good. I had chicken Francese with pasta, hubby had mahi mahi w/fries and friend had crab cakes. Everyone liked what they had. Place is at Nettles Island on the water so not too many land lover option but I enjoyed mine all the same. Service was good too.
Rather expensive. Lacked good advice from the server Parking: In a private area but no problem getting in
Simply put - delicious food, very good service, nice atmosphere (ask for seating outside), but only drawback is small portions with a slightly higher than average price. Blackened mahi mahi in butter sauce was $29 and chicken $20. Both cooked perfectly and fresh - just underwhelming portions. Don't be fooled by the pics, they were very thin. The fried grouper bites were very good and nice portion - highly recommend. Would we go back? Absolutely.
It has been many years since I've been this impressed with a restaurant. EVERYTHING was seasoned perfectly! The menu is diverse and interesting and delicious. The Key Lime Pie was perfection. Thank you to the chef- owner.
The place is very small. And has a strong fish smell. They say everything is made fresh daily and in house. But definitely didn't taste fresh. My husband got the fish and chips and it definitely was not cod that they gave him like was described. It had an off texture and color. My chicken was OK. We barely ordered anything. No drinks. And our bill was 100 dollars. Definitely would not go back. But some people were very impressed when we were there. We also tried the "award" winning crab cake. It was not that good. *my husband ended up getting sick later that night. Definitely do not recommend*
