Visiting NYC. This place has GREAT food! I had the gnocchi and pana cotta for desert and they were both delicious. We were able to get reservations for 9 of us about a week in advance. We were able to move our reservation from 5:00 to 4:30 pm at short notice because we were all starving. Great prompt service ! Everyone with me loved their meals.
Love this place! Music is great, buratta was the best I think I’ve ever had. Great vibes.
We went here on a Monday because we were told they have an awesome discount for industry workers! It used to be 50%, but it is now 35% off the check which is still amazing. We got the calamari, Caesar salad, a side of green beans, the Cacio Pepe, Passata pomodoro e Basilica and the grass-fed beef bolognese and MAN!!! Everything was so good, I had zero complaints. We accompanied our meals with 3 Aperol Spritz and were so content with our visit. Shoutout to the bartender, Allegra! You’re amazing, thank you for your warm welcome and hospitality!! Side note, for a Monday, the place was lively and had a quaint yet jumpin’ energy! They were playing hip-hop and R&B and the interior was so cool, it was homey yet stylish, and I loved the way the bar was set up! Cheers, highly recommend this place!!
Pizza Crawl 2024 Stop #13 For our 10-year anniversary we are stopping in Chicago, Detroit, NYC, and New Haven, CT This was by far the thinnest crust pizza we had on this whole trip, but it didn’t taste like a cracker. The sauce was really good! We had the cheese pizza. Because it is so light, you could eat a ton. That being said, it wasn’t very filling, and it’s expensive, so we didn’t order appetizers. All in all, great pizza and great service. We sat at the bar as there were no tables available.
Food was decent. The vodka pie was good (sauce has good flavor, crust was thin and crispy and yet also chewable), as was the truffle gnocchi. The tiramisu was a very good dessert, but the panna cotta had a bit too much of a gelatin/jello texture. Ambience is lively and loud.
