A Crosby institution. The pastries and cakes are on another level and the service is always super friendly. Highly recommended for takeaway or sit-in.

Haven't been for a while. Food didn't seem to be as good as I remember but still pretty decent. Service was excellent.

Member of the staff who served me today , very unpolite, unprofessional and not friendly , asked for a hot scouse pie , was told could serve me a cold one to eat , who would eat a cold scouse pie , disappointing, response to Satterwaites, staff were disappointing, didn’t offer to heat one up in microwave, unlike Satterwaites in Formby , poor customer service in Crosby branch
