Nasty people work there. Food is skimpy alot of the time.

I ordered the bento box with shrimp, and i guess they forgot to cook my shrimp so when they saw my order, i watched them only cook the shrimp for about two minutes. The food looked so sketchy and i got a bad feeling. When i bit into the shrimp, it was so obviously undercooked. i walked up there and put the plate up to them and told them it was undercooked. After some back and forth they finally agreed to give me a refund.

Man used to be my favorite place,now looks like people hate to work the one taking the orders if you dont like your job dont work there!....Vegetales extremely over cooked lets not talk about the rice i cant cook rice but man i can make it better then them!

It looked different, this is the only reason I tried it. The noodles were like highschool lunch spaghetti quality. They were bland tasting. The teryaki beef tasted funny. Not to mention they took the whole lots of noodles little bit of meat thing to a whole new level. The vegetables were like flavorless mush. This was easily the worst garbage I've ever tasted and regret even trying it.

I had such a disappointing experience with the customer service. They insisted that the grill wasn't hot enough to cook the chicken thoroughly, but I distinctly heard it sizzling when they added the shrimp. Consequently, the chicken ended up being undercooked. To make matters worse, their attitude was absolutely awful and disrespectful. I have decided that I will never order food from them again.
