Regardless of what the total review rating is, this place is as authentic as Filipino eatery experience is. Food and ambiance is spot on. Serving is good and price is cheaper than most. If you’re looking for a posh or fusion style sit in place, then you may need to go elsewhere. Every time I eat here, it reminds me of home. Packed place and variety of food ready to serve fast.
Filipino food is acceptable but not something to rave about especially if you tried other Filipino stores. The taste of the food is inconsistent. Sometimes they taste good sometimes not. The staff needs to be more customer friendly especially the "healthy" woman with glasses.
Poor customer service. I was with my grandmother-in-law and the lady asked if I was her caregiver and if my grandmother would pay for whatever I would order. It's a turn off! Chismosa! She should mind her own business. Anyway, I ordered the ff for takeout: pancit (bland and few to almost no vegetables) , lechon kawali, caldereta and 3pcs. pork bbq. When i asked if they had vinegar to go with it, the cashier just said NO. We paid 36usd in total. It was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I would not recommend it at all.
Hands down. Great tasting food.
