Love love love this place ! Best chicken pad thai
Just had miso ramen takeout. It was delicious. I'd give it a 4.5 honestly, but still good - and better than the place I will not name across the street. I didn't love the bok choy and water chestnut shoots in there - I appreciated a little crunch but the vegetable flavor wasn't the best choice, and the egg should be miso marinated, but all in all it was very good. Pork was delicious (could have been a tad more tender) and the miso broth was really delicious. EDIT: They just moved AND changed the same and menu. So.... Not really the same place anymore. They only have Thai. No sushi. No ramen. Very limited menu. Boooo but not going to change my prior review or rating
I am changing my original review for a restaurant that was never at this location. Please disregard the response from the owner because it doesn't reflect my edited review. What you will find there is Thai Song Authentic thai kitchen. Only thai food, no sushi. The place is very small, about 20 seats including bar. The menu isn't extensive but we found what we like. The service was excellent and the food was very good. We tried one of their specialty KA PROW MOO KROB. Crispy pork belly, basil leaves, bamboo shoot, bell pepper, fresh chili, green bean, minced garlic, onion, basil sauce. I have never tried pork belly, some pieces were nice and crispy, others were quite chewy, but enjoyable. The shrimp pad thai was delicious and generous with 7 large shrimp. We will be returning soon.
This was quite the experience, and brought a lot of fun and a very satisfying meal. We were in Fort Lauderdale teaching a Muay Thai Summit all week (at Komodo Training center, beautiful people!) and were looking for good Thai food to end our time. This was what we needed! They had brilliant options for us vegetarians and man, they are great. The help here were sincere and very becoming. Thank you Sapporo, and Godspeed
You've likely passed this amazing gem of a place many times if you live in the area. Solid menu with fantastic options -- all beautifully executed. They boat an imaginative cocktail menu which includes a yuzu jelly martini. Lovely waitress, Jasmine, who is professionally attentive and presents like a pro. I briefly met the proprietor -- no newcomer to restaurateuring, he was a gracious, cool guy who insists on exacting details. Without of six stars.
I’ve ordered food from here several times before. Monday night I ordered ramen and the dragon roll. Later that night I woke up to intense pain in my stomach. I spent all of Tuesday battling what felt like food poisoning. It was awful. The food was good but nothing was worth that pain. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again.
Excellent for late night sushi
