The absolute best Mac and Cheese in all of California. Period.

Great place for morning cafe grumpy waitress but all other staff great

Sadly, these were the worst filets I've had in my life. Seasoning was poor on everything (sides were way undercooked). My filet was undercooked slightly. There was a large crowd and maybe the chef was rushed, due to the undercooked sides (carrots were almost raw). To compensate for a wasted dinner, we went to Morton's the next day and had excellent filets. I couldn't stop eating their food. Perfect sides. My guess is Sapphire's source of beef is not as good as Morton's and their chef needs to learn to season everything properly. As far as a comparison, I know that Morton's chooses the top 10 out of the top 10 for beef. Price comparison is about the same as Morton's and Sapphire. I felt bad and we explained everything to their manager and he took the steaks back to the chef. They refunded our steaks, but I tipped $25 credit for service and $25 cash to the waiter, because it wasn't their fault.

Great burgers, presentation and friendly service.

I made reservations here for my husband's birthday. It was a fantastic dining experience! From the moment we got there, the staff made us feel special. We sat on the beautiful patio. Between the fireplace, heaters and the view of the ocean, it was perfect. Our server was very attentive without being obtrusive. The manager came by to wish my husband a happy birthday. The food was sensational! We only ordered appetizers because we like to have variety. The Brussels sprouts with pork belly and cauliflower was a large portion and full of flavor. The mac and cheese was some of the best we ever had. All our food was fresh, presented well and so, so tasty. My husband was served a dessert for his birthday. I can't say enough about Sapphire. They made my husband's birthday a memorable night.

Best 3 mac and cheese ever. Bloody Mary was a little weak. Fish tacos were bland, had no spice and needed more sauce. Chicken sandwich was delish and fries were amazing.

Remembered from our breakfast by Amy and welcomed with genuine warmth by operating partner Sal, we felt like VIPs throughout the evening. Their passion for hospitality is palpable and adds a special touch to the dining experience. Ambiance? Picture-perfect. The restaurant exudes a modern yet cozy vibe, with warm lighting and tasteful decor setting the stage for a memorable night. We particularly loved the outdoor patio, buzzing with life yet still feeling intimate. Food? Absolutely stellar. Don't miss the Wagyu burger – it's a juicy, flavorful masterpiece that lives up to the hype. Every bite was pure satisfaction. The menu offers a fantastic array of other options, too, all showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients and culinary creativity. Overall, Sapphire gets a resounding 5-star rating from us. If you're looking for a delicious dining experience with service that exceeds all expectations, this is the place. It's not just a meal, it's an experience. P.S.
