Sapphire Hotel

I have attempted to dine here on four occasions. Time the first: I didn't order fast enough. Time #2: A kid threw a kid at another kid Time #3: No dice. They'd closed early on a Saturday night! Time #4: They'd closed an hour early again! If your swanky late night eatery won't serve me, a very swank person, food within stated busineess hours... then is your late night eatery actually a late night eatery?

Fish board was a must. Loved the devil's lettuce drink.

This is a restaurant, not a hotel. And I love it. A big go-to for me. Food & drinks: Yes!

I a totally obsessed with their drink Dirty Lettuce, it makes me feel like I'm drinking something healthy whilst getting tipsy...I like to pair it with their Bacon Wrapped Dates, that I call "Meat Candy". The atmosphere is fantastic and the tables outside each have powerful heaters. A super vibey spot for a date.

The drinks and food are fantastic here. Love the vibe. It can get a little loud when crowded, but at the bar it's not as bad. Love this place.

PDX restaurants usually have atmosphere OR excellent food, Sapphire Hotel has both! The decor is cute. They played good music. The full cheese board was our favorite part. One of the few restaurants worth the cost of eating out in Portland.

I did not stay in the hotel but the food was amazing. Wonderful staff. Lovely atmosphere, and a nice menu with lots of options. The beet vegetarian burger was very filling, but what stole my heart was the farmer’s cheeseboard.
