Santiago's Mexican Restaurant

We normally go to Santiago’s in superior, which the food for some reason tastes better and fresh, we tried this location first the chili cheese fries were burnt and tasted oily, as if the oil wasn’t fresh , the bacon breakfast burrito was greasy and the chicharrones weren’t fresh.

I pre-ordered 20 burritos and they were ready on time. It was early in the morning and they were nice and hot! Excellent service all around!!!

I ordered ahead and still was made to wait 40 minutes for my order and the order was still wrong. I am very upset and I have been consistent costumer

First of all that's the worst service I've had at any Santiago's with all those young kids who talk back to you that have attitudes specifically the young daughter cousin of the owner the atmosphere is all right it's not very clean in there the food is okay just depends on who is the cook that day sometimes it's awesome and then sometimes it's just mediocre so I guess if you go on a special day when the cook is on his game and the employees are doing their job and not having a bad day it'd probably be five stars for this place just saying hope management seasons and make some adjustments with the young help you keep more repeat customers that's for sure
