If I could give the Santiago’s in Arvada 0 starts I would. I called in to request a refund for only my chicharrones because they were the most in-edible thing I have ever came across in my life. They were burnt and chewy, didn’t even know a combination like that could exist. The girl on the phone told me there’s was nothing they could do for me and to just leave a google review. On top of the gross food It took the employees 10 min to find my order that was literally sitting right in front of them with my name on it that was provided to them. When I had called to complain the girl tried blaming it on my parter that they could find my order after he told them it was an online order and my name. When I asked to speak with a manager she told me they did not have one. And when I asked to speak to the owner she denied me any of that information as well. This place has no idea wast the meaning of customer service is. I have never had any issues with any other Santiago’s as far as food quality or customer service. Honestly writing this review feels like it might be a waste of time because I doubt this business actually even cares.

Great food and great place! I can feed my family if 5 for about $60. When I go to Chubbies, I spend close to $100 and the food is far worse quality. Cannot go wrong here, Chili rellenos are great!!

Service is horrible. Ordered food, told 20min. wait, fine. After 35min. Go to ask what's up, man walks in while I am waiting to talk. Goes orders and gets his food in 2 minutes.l and out the door. All that was ordered was breakfast burritos, nothing special. finally got food and got no apologies, was just here you go. Food was even wrong! Next part, 2 guys ordered in front ofe and they were still waiting as I walked out. Serious issues with service and order priority. Worst service for Santiago's in the state and they don't care. Hate leaving bad reviews, but this one takes the cake for lack of care.

No frills mexican food.

I hate leaving reviews because it’s really hard to know if that’s a standard experience or just mine. But I can’t say I would recommend this place in Arvada. Santiago’s in other cities are great! But this one has been consistently a poor experience. Although the food is cheap you shouldn’t waste your time or money. The service unfortunately was the worst part & that’s an honest review of the place. 2/10
