So first of all, this is our first visit to this restaurant. It was for Valentine's Day. We decided to sit outside because the weather was really nice. They had a really nice outdoor patio area the ambience really nice. We ordered some tapas to begin with then we decided to order the lamb shank, the chef Daniel brought it out and it was amazing. It was thoroughly cooked. It was tender and juicy. We also ordered the bread pudding for dessert and that was amazing the attention to detail by the chef was amazing. we are definitely coming back to this location and we recommended to anybody that hasn't been yet.

From a Chicagoan foodie, one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had! Phenomenal from start to finish. Perfect fusion blend of deliciousness while offering an eclectic environment perfect for any occasion. Visit if you can, you won’t regret.

Had a dissapointing experience at Santiago's bodega. Either they were very understaffed, or very disorganized, the service was very convuluted. The restaurant was not busy. We never got two of the plates we ordered and when we finally got the ceviche, the fish was stuck together frozen. Would have rathered the kitchen tell us that it was 86 than to serve fish in that condition which could be dangerous. Please also teach the kitchen what Birria Consome should taste like. I ordered the Birria Grilled cheese, but the consome was tastless. That's the best part of Birria. Multiple food runners and the waiter weren't on the same page and had to ask us every 3 minutes what we needed. They meant well but fell very short of a great experience. Will try them maybe in the future, so hopefully they improve. Vegetarian options: They have a gluten free and vegetarian menu which was helpful.

Great atmosphere, mediocre food and drinks. Four of us went to this restaurant following Google reviews and friend recommendations. We ordered 3 different drinks. All of them were way too sweet, which makes us question either the bartender or the recipes. In the end, we ordered a wine then. We ordered the prosciutto wrapped dates. The menu should specify “miniature dates”. The bites were so tiny, it made us wonder if they were actually 5 pieces of the same date wrapped in prosciutto. The pear salad was good. No fault there. We ordered two cuts of meat that normally bring blue cheese without the blue cheese, asking for it to be placed on the side because I simply cannot tolerate blue cheese. The meat came cut in 5 pieces, covered in blue cheese. So I said, let me at least try a single piece and see if it’s ok. It was intolerable. So I asked for the waiter, who mentioned the meat would be sent back. A few minutes later they bring the meat, the same cut of meat, but 4 pieces of it because all they did was try(unsuccessfully) to scrape the blue cheese out. It was disappointing. The overpowering taste of blue cheese others would enjoy just ruined my dinner. All in all, maybe it’s a good experience for some people. For us, never again.

Cozy, quirky, cool tapas restaurant. Menu isn’t big, but it’s quality, everything we ordered was delicious and shareable for 2 people dining. We started with soup, I had the spicy shrimp bisque and my boyfriend had the gazpacho. Next was the mozzarella burrata, I recommend getting bread with it, otherwise it’s a blob of cheese with pesto and tomato (still very delicious). After we were served the roasted sprouts with cheese and pine nuts on top, I wish it was crispy, but the flavor was very good. Last but certainly not least, the 6 oz sirloin in blue cheese butter, chefs kiss. It was tender, practically melted in our mouths, I 100% recommend. We also experienced their brunch, and everything we had on the menu was very good...even the bowl of fruit. It is still tapas style, but all you can eat for $48 pp (adult), drinks included, less specialty drinks which is extra. There is no buffet, the food is brought to your table, rather quickly I might add. I also 100% recommend. we tried a good portion of the menu, the hash was my favorite.
