Santa Paula Craft House

So good! Food and drinks were amazing! Would highly recommend! We got pizza and pasta. Both yummy.

This was our lunch spot for today. Their menu has a few unique cocktails and some interesting items for lunch. Our server was great, friendly and timed our entrees not to come too early, before we finished our appetizer. I started off with the smoked Pineapple rum cocktail. I was worried this might be too sweet for me, but it wasn't. It was perfect. A slight spice, just enough to let you know it was there, but I wouldn't say it was spicy. The menu said it'd come with fresh pineapple, which it didn't - so I was a little disappointed there. Overall, a good drink. The appetizer was the Sesame Meatballs. The meatballs themselves were really tasty and high quality. The sesame sauce, I wasn't a big fan of. It was too overwhelming for these delicious meatballs. For the entrees, we had the short Rib Grilled Cheese and the Short Rib Broccolini Pizza. The grilled cheese was good, but it was missing something that I can't figure out what. It was good but plain. After a few bites it the flavor gets a little tiresome. Nothing bad to say about it, but I wouldn't get it again. The pizza was delicious. Since I assume the short rib on the pizza is the same for the grilled cheese, I know it wasn't the short rib bringing the grilled cheese down. It worked very well on the palate. Maybe it was the chili oil or spicy tomato sauce that rounded it out... Either way, it was delicious! Don't be scared about the chili oil or spicy sauce, it really isn't spicy - just flavorful. I loved the broccolini that provided the occasional crunch to the bite and served as a slight palate cleanser for the next bite. Maybe that's what happened to the grilled cheese? Too much short rib that we became flavor fatigued of it? I dunno, either way - we enjoyed the pizza much better. Overall, a nice place, nice atmosphere with louder than normal music. It didn't bother us, but don't come here for a quiet meal. Glad the staff changed the channel to the Dodger game on request, that was super nice of them.

Great food, awesome service, great music, and the place is nice. What more can you ask for?!

The Craft House is a bit of vintage old and new Santa Paula establishment type of restaurant/bar outing. Very clean, has a short menu a bit costly and don't try to change anything on your order/substitute it's not going to happen. I tried to change French fries to wedge salad and I'd pay the difference. They refused. Other than that...Beautiful place. Try it out. I encourage our town and others to dine here food is tasty love the ambiance. Have a 🍺 or 🍻

This is quickly becoming a favorite restaurant of mine. My wife and I went with friends and ended up staying over 2 hours. No matter what you have for dinner, make sure you save space for their Cronuts for dessert!

My hubby and I were pleasantly surprised when we stumbled upon the Craft House. Everything was clean, the aesthetic was pleasing and the food and drinks we delicious! 10 Out of 10 I highly recommend if you are looking for a trendy place with great food!
