Sansai Grill Burbank

chicken katsu bowl was almost completely flavorless, certainly a bad deal for the price. for some god forsaken reason the TV was playing tiktoks the entire time I was there. I wish it were left off. service was friendly.

Their fresh salads are my favorite, and their veggie tempura is excellent. Crispy, not greasy. It's one of the spots we hit when we're traveling through Burbank airport. Worth the walk over.

It's a fine place if you're desperate for sushi. The prices are very high for the quality though.

With grill in the name, I know I shouldn't have ordered the sushi but I was hopeful. Just don't do it. Do not get the sushi. The reviews are right, the chicken teriyaki was amazing. Get that. Get any of the grilled meat options, don't touch the sushi

Solid spot for lunch. Chicken is usually good, it's a little expensive for what it is but always happy with the meal in the end. The salads are perfect and make you feel like less of a glutton.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had and I hate leaving these reviews. It was just that bad. We ordered from a food delivery service. To our surprise, the delivery person only brought a portion of our order. When we asked them where the rest was, they said they confirmed that the bag they gave him was the complete order and so he left. Luckily, this place is literally a block away from our office. We called the restaurant and let them know we were coming since the driver refused. Why they would let the delivery person leave without the full order is mind blowing to me. Once we arrived, they were rude, unapologetic and just nonchalant which told us customer service means nothing to them. We went back to the office and to our surprise, the order was completely botched. We paid extra for add ins such as extra egg, extra crispy onion, extra protein and sitacha. We ordered ramen and they gave us miso which is cheaper and doesn’t have all the extra toppings. The food was also cold. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had with food delivery and I do not recommend ordering from here. Luckily we were able to get our money back through the delivery service but this type of “order fulfillment”, if you’re even bold enough to call it that, is unacceptable and sad. It had to be said. That’s all.
