What a find! Really nice people and food is fantastic!! Highly worth going out of your way if you’re not close!! Nothing fancy, just a great sandwich!

The owner, Paul, is an incredible person and the sandwiches are awesome! Will be coming back for another.

I like sandwiches and this place has options

Small place in an office building type of atmosphere, but food is really amazing, home cooked and fresh. Highly recommended for full meal or small bite on the go.

I love to pay for delicious food but these sandwiches are just okay. They are certainly overpriced, even for Irvine. We left paying a total of $32 for one regular sized and one large sandwich with a piece of carrot cake. Too bad, we just moved into the area and we frequent our local eateries. I understand they want to make a buck but this is price gouging.

Overpriced basic sandwiches. My 5 year old nephew makes a better sandwich on a bad day. Go up the street to Farmers boys you'll get a better deal.

A real sandwich shop that makes sandwiches on actual sandwich bread, not a hoagie roll. Sandwiches taste like they came from your Grandma's kitchen. Spent $30 on two regular sized sandwiches and two sodas. More expensive than Subway but far better quality! The breakfast Burrito is fantastic and contains potatoes not greasy hashbrowns. They are an ample meal if you are hungry, and can make two meals for a smaller appetite.
