We always love downtown location of Sam & Greg's. Even when they are extremely busy, like they were for the St. Patrick's Day Parade, they are efficient and friendly. We had a Guido pizza this round, along with the bread knots, a kids pizza meal, and a meat lovers stromboli. Everything was excellent.

I love this place! Great pizza and delicious gelato. It's very downtown, very cool. I always look for a reason to take my friends their when we're downtown.

My entire family LOVES this place. It's usually never packed so it's quiet most of the time and aesthetically pleasing! There are hand-painted pictures and nice artwork to look at as well! Each table is designed based off of a specific theme. For example, Harry Potter, Alice in wonderland, sports, superheroes, history, etc. So many types of different pizzas to choose from that I had never heard of before! Really good ice cream and they even have spiked shakes for the adults if you plan on staying a while! There's an upstairs with a skylight and a downstairs as well. Pay $3 when you come in and you can play Putt-Putt in a neon galaxy room located in the same place that you dine so you can keep an eye on your children at all times! Bathrooms are always clean. If you feel like dining outside, they usually have chalk on the picnic tables outdoors in downtown so you can let your kids draw on the concrete while you sit down and eat! We find it pretty convenient location wise as well. If you're walking around downtown and want somewhere to stop and take a break, this is definitely the place. The only problem I have ever had with here is the drink machines upstairs seem to not get refilled often so your Coke might not be brown, but white instead! Haha. Drinks are available downstairs as well though so no big deal! It's also decently priced. Anytime someone visits from out of town, we always walk around downtown Huntsville and make sure to stop at Sam & Gregg's Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid-friendly! I take my kids here when we need a little break from exploring downtown Huntsville. Play Galaxy golf for just $3 and it's conveniently located in the dining room upstairs so you can keep an eye on them at all times! They also leave chalk outside on the tables so your children can draw on the concrete while you relax and eat! Parking: It's located in the heart of Huntsville so there are really no places to park most of the time. There are parking garages you can pay for but if I'm not mistaken, they are a short distance away when walking so you might have to walk a little bit. There is also page street parking along the way and I believe free parking as well as I stated above, those are hard to find!

Nice and quiet place for a meal. It is located across the street from the county courthouse, so it appears that most of the traffic is during the day. The food is good. There is no table service. You order at the register, fill your own drink and the meal is quickly delivered.
