*Disclaimer* in over 15 years as a customer of this location I’ve NEVER had an issue until TODAY!!! My husband ordered TWO large streak subs. His was fine mine WAS NOT!! I Ate the first half missing cheese, not that big of a deal(I order here all the time maybe it’s an off day). Second half had NO MEAT!!!! (How does this happen?) My husband calls for a resolution spoke to a “manager” with no resolution then spoke to VINNIE Who called us a LIAR!!! So you take our money, provide bad service and then insult the character of your customers, NICE! I physically go to the location show him what we received and he continues to vouch for the products he sent out the door. Which is leading me to write a review(which I rarely do ) my advice; as time consuming as it may be CHECK YOUR FOOD RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! Vinnie to Stand by hind your mistake without accountability is WRONG!! I’m 100% disappointed and will not patronize this location and it’s a shame! I Didn’t ask for my money back did not ask for a new sub at this point! I want nothing from you We won’t even eat the rest of the one that was correct because we don’t trust it. Before you vouch for what your worker did make sure it’s correct!!! Lastly , if you Keep going the way that you are going and you won’t be in business for long.
