Everything about this restaurant is amazing!! The drinks, the food, the service 10/10

From a celiac and gluten free stand point, I’m happy to say: there ARE options! Few but there are. Educated staff, as well! We always wish for more, but happy I was able to eat there. Thank you, Chef! Service hasn’t been great each time I’ve sat at a table, but it might just be the industry right now. Bar staff is great and consistent every time. Thank you! No reactions to food per gluten allergy, so that’s what gains the 5 star overall.

I didn’t like it. They don’t have sweet tea and they don’t validate valet parking. It feels like a cheap restaurant posing as a nice restaurant.

Service was improperly paced. They missed two appetizers than made them real quick, but then served dinner as they were clearing. Way too fast. I had steak tartar the was average and a mussel pasta special which was below average. I’ve eaten here a dozen times but my verdict is that Salumeria is very average.

Had an amazing birthday dinner last night at Salumeria. The restaurant was completely full, but we still had incredible hospitality and delicious food! We were greeted by our server, Elisa, who was so nice and knowledgeable about the menu and pairings. She went above and beyond to make sure our night was memorable. The manager, Ryan, greeted us too and came over to say Happy Birthday. He arranged a Polaroid picture of our table and it was then packaged in a birthday card from the restaurant. This was such a nice touch and it was so appreciative! We started off with the charcuterie and added a Truffle Pecorino. The cured meats were sliced to order, which really makes a huge difference! We all had different pasta dishes that were fabulous! My favorite is always the Squid Ink Pasta with Mayport Shrimp on top…Yummy! For dessert we had espressos and shared two desserts, the tiramisu and the almond cake. I highly recommend spending an evening here. You will be greeted with amazing hospitality and delicious food :) Thank you Salumeria team for making it an incredible birthday evening!

Great food and service. Really enjoyed it all

Went here for a pre-valentines dinner after hearing some good things about it. We really liked the atmosphere! It was cozy and sophisticated. The service was awesome and our waitress was great too! On Mondays, their wine bottles are half price, so we took advantage of this and had some meat and cheeses to accompany it. The wine we had was really nice, and there was a good selection of cheese. The bread was also delicious and came out hot with some oil and vinegar to dip. We both split the prosciutto ravioli and the dry-aged New York steak. The ravioli was pretty good, but we would have preferred more sauce. The steak was not our favorite. For me, it had a strong taste of oil that I couldn’t get away from, and the mushroom Demi glace we ordered with it had very little flavor. We wouldn’t mind coming back here, but it would be to have a chill time enjoying appetizers and wine—we might skip the entrees.

So when this place opened up everyone was raving about it. I had gone and had a couple fantastic experiences. But the last couple of times I have gone things just didnt seem the same. The food is good but, the service has seemed to drop a caliber. Not sure if there are issues with management or what. I wont be going back.

Little on the pricier side for pasta, but delicious, octopus was a little too chewy for me. Very authentic menu. Larger dining room was very noisy, if just two people sit in the front room of if warm enough sit outside but cars do travel on same street. Oh If you never had it before try the cacio de pepe... out of this world!
