My steak is always cook perfectly... but why is it always so cold inside?!

Most unprofessional place I have ever been. Here is why. Jake the waiter did this to my debit card. Justin the manager on duty denied it. First brought me the wrong side with my steak, never brought the one I ordered and the steak was still bleeding on a medium well. Will never be back here.
