Salt & Straw

I come from Riverside Cali & I enjoy to come to salt & straw’s to try all the delicious ice cream but unfortunately today I was very dissatisfied with the customer service klhoi was very rude and unprofessional when it came to our experience she rudely didn’t let us have a great experience like every other time other employees who have attended us such as Robin is amazing always so welcoming and so is everyone else but today I can say different. Ty Robin for your concern and hard work !

We would definitely go back. Yummy and unique flavors, which was a pleasant surprise. I think there was coconut in the chocolate chip mint. Even on a rainy day, the place was packed. Absolutely no parking, so a good spot to walk to if you are in the area, but budget extra time if you drive here because you'll first need to find a spot and then you'll walk to get your goodness anyway.

Super anti dog friendly!! Had horrible experience! I ve been coming this store over 2yrs! They kicked out our dog out when we wanna have him a puppy cup. Because he is rescued dog wears muzzle on him with reactive behavior. When I tried to let my dog stop barking, they kicked us out. And filming us without any permission and called animal control!! Big red flag if you have a lovely furry friend, be careful browsing this spot!

英語がカタコトでしたが、色々テイスティングをすすめられて自分が好みのアイスを注文出来ました。 日本人は注文の時色々な選択があると躊躇するのですがここの女性スタッフはとても親切に対応してくれました。 もちろんアイスも最高です。

Soooo good. Parking: Street parking too hard.

My dog has barking issue in public environment. Today when I am in the store, my dog barks at other dogs and people, while I educate my dog, using leash to slap his collar of his back neck, the store staff rush out and yell insults at me and record my face without any permission. Threatening to arrest me and report me and my dog to animal control, refused to communicate and accused me without any communication with me. Very bad experience, first time in this situation. If she want to show her nice and rich acknowledge in training dog, she can come out and ask not just yelling and filming. I’m big fans of salt & straw but not that kind of attitude. Mind your business. If you don’t know how is abuse then just shut your mouth up.

let me start with Amazing ice cream but today I witnessed the lady that left the last review she was beating on her dog with her hard rubber leash left me in disgust , Staff handled situations very respectfully lady should never be allowed to own a pet
