Pizza was super soggy as soon as I picked up my slice from the pie all the cheese and sauce slid off onto the floor not like the pizza I'm used to very disappointed

I don't know what's going on lately but the last two times I ordered pizza I received cold pizza before when I ordered pizza it always felt like it was fresh out of the oven if they say the order is going to take 30 minutes I'll show up in 20 minutes and still the pizza was cold Cold and floppy highly disappointed because this was one of my favorite pizza spot
