I am a soul food connoisseur and I'll say most spots are a hit or miss due to personal reasons. However I would highly recommend this gumbo shack for your next soul food endeavors. I had gotten the Oxtail dinner and the gumbo and it SLAPS ! Taste just like grand mama cooking, well seasoned as well cooked to perfection the meat falls of the bone using a spoon! Wish I found this place sooner, this is a must try ❤️

I bought a deluxe gumbo and it was horrible 1 crab piece,old rice and no flavor DON'T GO HERE

Disgusting food was so bad fed it to my dogs they didn’t even eat it they slapped a bunch of creole seasoning on everything grits was the worst I spent 60 dollars on two things for me to throw it out don’t order from here
