You all screwed up my entire order! No dressings with the salads, on one out of three salads, you threw dressing on it. I don’t know if it’s the correct dressing or not…no cookies nor drinks with combos. Ingredients MISSING in the salads… can’t reach anyone to make it right. This is the second order you have messed up for me in the last 7 days. Update:finally reached a live person, was told I was owed a full refund, but since I completed the order via Uber eats, that someone would have to call me back. Provided my number. Will see how that pans out. ♀️ Uber Eats wanted me to contact the restaurant for any resolution beyond their lil Uber cash credit. Update: decided to go inside and order take out instead of Uber eats. These people are so unorganized and overwhelmed. There’s no leadership or direction and it shows. Update : against my better judgement, gave you all a third chance… same issues. Items missing from kids combo. Two combos order but only one complete combo arrived. No top for kids drink… and actually PUT that in an order and have it to an Uber driver to bring. Items not on salads. Missing dressings, no pita chips. Same mistakes over and over and over.
I come once a week. It’s frustrating! This week there was no croutons, croissants, tomatoes, celery or bean sprouts. Please do better.
Unprofessional and lack of time management. Online orders are never ready when stated, 15/20minutes and exceeding (ridiculous). It’s actually faster service to walk in with is a huge inconvenience especially when you’re on lunch ! Staff, please do better !
Great experience at Hapeville Salata today!! The staff was so friendly and immediately put a smile on my face. My food was ready as soon as I arrived, and I really appreciate the excellent service!
