Kinda surprised at all the bad reviews. I went here about 3 weeks ago while visiting Philly. Wanted something healthy, and it was close to my hotel. The lady who made my salad was super cool! She looked kinda blah, and I thought she’d give lax customer service. But she was great. I actually tipped her, and I rarely tip at counter serve places like this. I kinda wished it wasn’t inside the grocery store, but that’s not the end of the world. Food was good. I’d eat there again.
horrible customer service. ordered at the wrong location and called to try and cancel. guy answers the phone says he doesn’t know how to cancel it and we hung up. figured i’d try one more time, Now it’s been over 30 mins with 3+ calls and they won’t answer me. I want my money back. was my fault at first but how hard can it be to 1.) answer your phones and 2.) cancel an order.
This Saladworks is a booth inside the ShopRite. Employee is not happy to be there and they don’t mix the dressing into the bowl like other SWs do. Also somehow there’s not a single price posted on the menu. The food is subpar for Saladworks. The brussels sprouts were bitter and soggy. Would not recommend.
The food display did not look pleasant. It was very sloppy and dirty looking it needs cleaning.
It was crowded, the service was terrible and the man was rude and disrespectful. Never again.
Warning that this is inside a grocery store, which we did not realize. The food was good but it's not a regular restaurant so you have to buy drinks at another checkout line in the store. There was some commotion in the store with an unruly customer when we were there. Not the fault of the store but still not a very enjoyable experience.
This was brutal for 2 salads and a soup nothing else was $30 and I have never seen a salad made so poorly and with so little of ingredients. This is supposed to be half lettuce and half pasta and there is about one piece of lettuce and half of the normal amount of ingredients.
