The atmosphere was simply a vibe. The food was great and unexpected. We love boa tacos and each complimented our styles. The pork was savory & sweet while the prime was flavorful yet had a small kick. It was our first time so we didn't know what to expect. The price point was pretty high for a limited menu but nothing to complain about.
Saizon presents itself as a dining establishment that, on the surface, appears to embody the potential for a memorable dining experience. However, after a recent visit, I've come to view it as quintessentially average, failing to live up to the anticipation and hype that surrounds it. A noteworthy piece of advice for potential visitors is to reconsider the option of seating in the patio area, especially during inclement weather. During our visit on a rainy day, we found ourselves subjected to occasional sprinkles, a minor inconvenience that detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of our meal. Furthermore, the patio's proximity to the doorway resulted in a consistent influx of cold air, which only added to our discomfort. While Saizon may offer a unique experience that some may find worth exploring, it's important to manage your expectations, as the restaurant, in its entirety, falls squarely into the realm of average when compared to the elevated dining experiences one might anticipate based on its reputation.
